More than 120 days prior to departure date 30 days

Between 120 days and 60 days 15 days option
Between 59 days and 30 days 7 days option
Options must be confirmed with full names and once
confirmed subject to any cancellation charges.
NO DEPOSITS REQUIRED:
Pandaw River Cruises no longer asks for a deposit but is
asking for full names by 61 days prior to departure or
if booking 60 or less days prior to departure full names
at time of booking.
Final balance must be paid 30 days before
departure
Cancellation Terms:
Between 60 and 31 days prior to departure: 25% of
package price
Between 30 and 15 days prior to departure: 50% of
package price
Between 14 days prior to departure and no show: 100% of
package price
