RV. MAHAYTHI CRUISE 7 DAYS / 6 NIGHTS

YANGON – PATHEIN – NGWE SAUNG – YANGON (down stream)

Pleasantly cruise with the RV Mahaythi to travel into the Delta region, via Pathein where the traditional umbrella and clay pot painting workshops are located.

- Cruising with the RV Mahaythi to travel into the Delta region, where most of Myanmar’s rice is produced.
- Taking a coach drive to the most exotic and scenic beach in Myanmar, Ngwe Saung Beach, to enjoy the white sand beach
 

DAY 01 YANGON TWANTE – MA U BIN (L,D)
Transfer to Wardan Jetty and board the RV Mahaythi. At 08:00 A.M depart from Yangon and cruise for appr. 2 hours to Tawnte, a charming little town with clay pot makers. In the afternoon you arrive at Ma U Bin, an entrance city to the Ayeyarwaddy Division and famous for its fishing ponds and the Pawdawmu Pagoda. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 02 MA U BIN – SHWE LAUNG – WAKEMA (B,L,D)
Upon arrival at Shwe Laung visit the downtown and market area. In the afternoon you arrive at Wakema and visit the local dock yards, rice mills and vermicelli factories. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 03 WAKEMA – PULU VILLAGE – MYAUNG MYA – PATHEIN (B,L)
Early morning arrive at Pulu village, famous for its ancient monastery and continue to Myaung Mya. Enjoy the great scenery of the river side and in touch culture of the villages. Myaung Mya is another major trading town, also well known for the nearby group of ancient stupas (Bagan style) and the Mya Sein Yaung monastery, where the brother of the late Tharmanya Sayadaw is living. At noon depart from Myaung Mya and continue to Pathein. Disembark and transfer to Pathein Hotel for check-in and overnight.
DAY 04 PATHEIN NGWE SAUNG (B)
After breakfast visit downtown and the market area. Then drive to Ngwe Saung Beach (appr. 2 hours). Upon arrival transfer to Palm Beach Resort for check-in. Rest of the day free at your own leisure. Overnight at Palm Beach Resort.
DAY 05 & 6 NGWE SAUNG (B)
Free at your own leisure. Overnight at Palm Beach Resort.

DAY 07 NGWE SAUNGYANGON (B)
Morning free at your own leisure. At appr. 12:00 drive via Pathein back to Yangon (appr. 6 hours) and transfer to your hotel.
